Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the the following terms.

1. General
* You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me.
* I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.2. Content Guidelines
I will draw:
* Adult NSFW content
* SFW content
* Furry / Human / Feral characters
* Fetish content
* Original characters and fan charactersI will NOT draw:
* Commercial commissions
* If you’re unsure whether your idea is allowed, ask before ordering.3. Payment
* Payment is required upfront.
* Prices are listed in USD and are non-negotiable unless I say otherwise.
* Payment methods accepted: PayPal / Ko-fi / SubscribeStar
* Work will not begin until payment is received.
* No refunds once work has started.
* If I cancel the commission before starting, you will receive a full refund.4. Process & Revisions
* Each commission includes up to three (3) free revisions.
* Once the free revisions are used, any additional revisions will require an extra fee.5. Usage Rights
* You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only (icons, banners, reposting with credit).
* I reserve the right to post the artwork on my social media and portfolio unless you request privacy beforehand.6. Credit
* Please credit me when reposting my work.
* Do not remove watermarks if present.
